At the East Palo Alto Academy Foundation (EPAAF), we understand the financial stress that many of our college scholars face. Nearly all report frequent worries about money, with one third reporting that they are constantly concerned. We offer tailored scholarships to meet the varied needs of our scholars depending on what postsecondary education or training option they’ve chosen, and their personal financial circumstances.
Types of Scholarships
EPAAF General Scholarship
Needs-based, covering gaps between expenses and existing aid.
EPAAF Merit-Based Scholarship
Funded by generous donors, these named scholarships support high-achieving students. Our named scholarships provide a 4-Year Guarantee, helping alleviate financial burdens so scholars can focus on their education and enjoy a well-rounded college experience. By funding a scholarship, you’ll have the chance to follow the recipients' journeys as they learn, grow, and thrive.

Hughes Vocational Scholarships
Designed for scholars who need to support themselves and their families, these scholarships support participation in full-time vocational programs.
